Country Rockers Jägertown Bring the Stories of Their Songs to Life with New Litholyrics

Southern country rockers Jägertown are telling the stories of their
songs through new Litholyrics. In line with their story-based
writing style, the band felt that each song off their brand-new EP,
Rearview has a unique story to tell.
The first lytholyric rollout was Rearview, which is their current
single that hit country radio airwaves last week. Not only did this
song chart in the debut week, but it also became the #1 most
added song on the Music Row charts.
By enlisting the expertise of illustrator and graphic novelist Dan
Dreier, the band has turned their songs into art. “We wanted to
restore the love of music and art,” says front man Preston Creed.
Each song on the new EP is made into a different piece of limited
artwork, with the lyrics printed on the back and personally signed.
Rearview and Numb are two that are currently available. Fans can choose from various sizes — the largest of which
being numbered and framed — and can be purchased at concerts as well as online at www.lytholyrics.com.
Since their beginning, Jägertown has captivated audiences with their high energy and heartfelt performances, earning
them a loyal fan base. They have never followed a set formula, and always brought unique perspectives to the country
music scene. To them, litholyrics were an exciting project to take on, giving their music a new medium to tackle and
going further in telling the story behind each song. Selected media outlets and radio stations had the opportunity to
receive their very own lytholyric during Country Radio Seminar (CRS) in Nashville earlier this month.
“What the fans want is to feel close to an artist. What the music industry lacks in a business sense is a way to make that
happen. In a high tech digital world, it’s easy to forget that humans just want something they can physically hold onto that
tells a story or brings back a memory. Jagertowns Litholyrics project is a perfect and personal way to put something unique in
the hands of the Fans with its stunning visual art and handwritten musical notes. We must be careful not to lose that kind of
rare talent or else we really start to lose the purpose of music which is really just about connecting people and telling stories.
It’s surely more memorable than a koozie or shot glass—that’s for sure!” – Lindsey Sipe, The Country Note
“I was very impressed to get one of these limited edition prints with the lyrics at CRS. It takes me back to the good ole days of
vinyl covers, I will frame it and hang it in my office with pride.” – Lee Williams, CMR Nashville
“There are very few artists today who carry on traditions started by legends in country music. Jagertown has found a way to
keep these going by ensuring they give fans new and unique ways to experience their music. The litholyrics they have designed
with the new album give you an opportunity to own a piece of music history, leaving you wanting to have each new one as
soon as it becomes available.” - Laura Lou - CenterStage Magazine
About Jägertown: The cutting-edge sound of Jägertown brings an energy and genuineness to country music that hasn’t
been heard in years. With musical influences ranging from classic country icons like Don Williams and Merle Haggard to
pure rock and roll artists such as Eddie Van Halen, it’s no wonder this band perfectly blends the country and rock
genres while mixing the southern rock sounds they fell in love with growing up. Celebrating 11 years together as a band
and officially making their Nashville premiere last November during CMA Awards week, this Utah based five-member
group has performed hundreds of shows, has four albums under their belt and has shared the stage with acts like
Alabama, Ty Herndon, Toby Keith and Keith Urban. The band’s That’s Why I Drink tour has been captivating audiences
of all ages at various venues, festivals and clubs with their tremendous energy and crowd interaction that prompted a
coast to coast expansion. The band continues to maintain a demanding tour schedule. They perform every year at
Utah’s Country Fan Fest and is the only country artist to have a JägerCampTown on site.

Southern Country Rockers Jägertown Ignite Their Engines on New Single Rearview.

Southern country rockers Jägertown have refueled a
break-up tune into an explosive new track for country
radio - Rearview. This single is impacting airwaves
today (Monday, February 12, 2018) and is available for
download on iTunes and all digital retailers.
After coming off their last chart-topping single, Small
Town Superstars (peaked #29 on Music Row Country
Breakout Chart and #50 on Billboard Indicator), this
tune was produced by Matt McClure (multi-platinum,
3x Grammy nominated, multi #1 producer for Lee
Brice, Kelli Pickler, Dylan Scott, Lindsay Ell, etc.), in the
heart of Music Row at renowned Ocean Way Studios.
The song chronicles a classic country heartbreak with a
rockin’ twist. You can almost smell the gasoline in the
air and hear the engine rev, speeding away from a past
relationship.
Even before the official release date, radio stations jumped on the opportunity to download and play
some new Jagertown music. Rearview made the Top 5 of Most Downloaded & Streamed Tracks on Play
MPE, sharing their fame alongside major acts Maren Morris, Blake Shelton, Sara Evans and Sir Rosevelt
(Zac Brown). Internationally syndicated radio show, Nashville Access chose this song as their Super Pick
of the Week.
“Rearview should be the song that propels Utah’s Jägertown on to the playlists of country programmers
across the United States! Production has been kicked up a notch on Rearview, thanks to Matt
McClure. Preston Creed’s vocals walk the line between southern rock and country blues, and Liz
Anderson’s fiddle work give Jägertown their distinctive sound—but the whole band has brought
their “A”-game. Rearview is certain to turn industry “buzz” in to industry “RAVES!”

Rockn’ Southern Country Group Jägertown Reminisces on Hometown Fame in Brand New Single

Small Town Superstars

Fresh off the success of their latest single, She Won’t Be Lonely which peaked at No. 53 on the Music Row Country Breakout Chart, rockn’ southern country group Jägertown is back with Small Town Superstars, a brand-new electrifying single that is hitting country radio.

The group, who recently signed to Brickshore Media for PR representation, embraces some sonic textures while holding on to their signature southern rock edge. This is the second release and title track from the group’s most recent studio project. Small Town Superstars is officially being played on country radio

and is available on iTunes and all digital retailers now.

“The future of country music is here today. Jägertown delivers the goods with Small Town Superstars. It’s country rock at its finest.” - Captain Jack, Program Director/Owner, Renegade Radio Nashville

"Another fun record from Jägertown that lights up our phones! I already can't wait to hear the next one!" –

Jamie Turner, Music Director, KCLQ, Lebanon, Missouri

The inspiration behind the song struck the band during a gig at a small-town rodeo. “The whole town was there and we watched the cowboys put their own money in the pot, risking it all, and the high school football players in their jerseys with pride in their eyes,” the group says. “Like them, we are just doing our best at trying to live our dreams and that’s how Small Town Superstars was born.”

The band’s That’s Why I Drink tour has been captivating audiences of all ages at various venues, festivals and clubs with their tremendous energy and crowd interaction that prompted a coast to coast expansion. The band continues to maintain a demanding tour schedule which includes many small town stops in support of the single. Jägertown continues to build on their growing fan base with a local country radio contest promotion looking for the local superstar in each small town. Station listeners are invited to nominate a superstar in their town and explain why they should be the Small Town Superstar. Additional information will be released soon on country radio.
